Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. We do not necessarily endorse products mentioned on CaliforniaPC.com. Credit Card Charges: Credit card charges will appear on your statement from California Peripherals & Components, Inc. or CaliforniaPC.com. Certain orders may be deemed special order item(s), in which case the credit card will be charged prior to the actual ship date. California PC has a policy of reporting credit card fraud activity or unusual transactions to the credit card issuing bank, Internet Service Provider used for the transaction, and the appropriate in country authority.
California Peripherals & Components, Inc. is very flexible with our return policy, but officially it is as follows.
We honor all manufacturer warranty policies. Any and all potential returns of non-defective products or order cancellations are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer. A return number from California Peripherals & Components, Inc. is required for all returns. All returns of non-defective products or order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All allowable returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, unless the manufacturer requires a return of a shorter time period (i.e. 15 days). All items must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories included. Refunds of non- defective returns or canceled orders are only given within 30 days of purchase and do not cover the cost of shipping. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy and will work with all customers regarding return, refund and replacement requests.
It is the policy and practice of California Peripherals & Components, Inc. to do whatever is reasonably possible to help any customer with a return request.
All In Stock items usually ship the same business day or within 24 hours.
* FREE SHIPPING - Free Standard Ground or USPS shipping is offered for online orders over $299 in value in the continental U.S. for most items (computer furniture and other heavy items are excluded from free shipping). Small items with a total weight under 35 LBS and order value over $299 are eligible to ship via USPS free to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO, and APO boxes. Free Standard Ground shipping is available during the checkout process. Some select items under $299 may also be designated to ship free. If you do not see a Free Shipping option and you feel it should be free, please let us know by email or phone. Thank you.
Software licenses are sent via email and usually processed the same day or within 24 hours with few exceptions. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please let us know, so that we can be sure to get your order to you when you need it. Many items can be shipped from multiple locations in the U.S. or we can upgrade shipping to a faster method for a small up charge if needed. If an item is ordered that it is not available to ship, we will let you know immediately. Call or email us with any change requests, as we are happy to accommodate all reasonable changes. We know what it's like to be on the receiving end of an order and providing superior customer service is paramount for us at California Peripherals & Components, Inc.
Have your own shipping account (UPS, FedEx, DHL)? No problem, California Peripherals & Components, Inc. can use your shipping account number for UPS, FedEx, or DHL for domestic and/or international shipments. To use your shipping account number while ordering online, please write it in the "Comments" section and indicate what type of service you would like and whether to mark insurance (we will remove the shipping amount manually from your order before it is processed). If we are not able to use your account number for any reason, we will notify you immediately. Overseas customers are responsible for duties and taxes, as they apply in the destination country. California Peripherals & Components, Inc. is not responsible for payment of any duties and taxes. If you only have an APO, FPO address, please choose US Priority Mail as the shipping method. Ship times may vary on when an order is placed and the shipping destination. International orders all ship from our San Clemente, California address and may require an additional 1 - 4 days to ship. We insure all orders for loss or damage when you pay California PC for shipping. If you do not find a desired or needed shipping method on our website, please let us know.
